    Day 1: Journey to Kodaikanal from Bangalore

    • Passengers have to meet us at the selected pick-up points from where we will start our journey to Kodaikanal. 
    • Pick-up locations available in Bangalore are mentioned below: 
    • Meet us at Goraguntepalya around 8:00 pm 
    • Next, we’ll pick up explorers from Yeshwanthpur around 8:10 pm 
    • Pick-up around 8:20 pm from  KTM Mekhri Circle
    • Around 8:40 pm, we will pick you up from MG Road
    • Meet us at Domlur around 9:00 pm
    • Join us from Koramangala around 9:20 pm 
    • Around 9:40 pm, we will pick you up from Silk Board
    • The final pick-up will be done around 9:40 pm from Electronic City. 
    • There is a 465-kilometre distance between Kodaikanal and Bangalore, and this will be an 8-9-hour overnight road trip.

    Day 2: Arrival in Kodaikanal and Exploration 

    • After reaching Kodaikanal the next morning, we will visit the Silver Cascade Waterfall before reaching the accommodation. 
    • After this, we will reach our stay location, where you can freshen up and have breakfast.

    • In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.
    • Any cancellation made 60 days prior to the date of departure, would levy 20% of the total tour cost as cancellation charges.
    • Any cancellation made 30 days prior to the date of departure, would levy 30% of the total tour cost as cancellation charges.
    • Any cancellation made 15-30 days prior to the date of departure, would levy 50% of the total tour cost as cancellation charges.
    • Any cancellation made 0-15 days prior to the date of departure, would levy 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation charges.
    • Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be canceled.
    • In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveler with an alternative that is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered to.
    • Any refund applicable will be processed within 7 business days.
    • Do not litter.
    • Decisions of the trek leader are final.
    • Carry minimum weight and please take care of your own luggage.
    • Internet and network connectivity are pretty bad after a point of time, please inform anxious relatives beforehand.
    • If you are suffering from Asthma, etc. you are advised to not come for this adventure.
    • Rescheduling Policy – We charge 20% of the booking value if a participant wishes to change their dates.
    • Trekking to the summit is weather-dependent, in case of failure to do so, a refund will not be applicable.
    • Fine may be incurred in case of poor waste management by the government or forest officials.
